Q: Payment Method:
A: 30% deposit and 70% before the shipment or against the B/L
 
Q: Can I mix 2 color in one order?
A: Yes, you can! But if the quantity less than MOQ for one color, we have to charge extra setup fee. We are a direct factory and the more colors we choose, the more cost including materials and labor we have to add, we have to control the product cost and hope customer can understand this.
 
Q: What properties will you test for your raw material and end products? 
A: Ash content, fiber size, water content test for Wood fiber, melting index, ash content, physical property test for finish product
 
Q: Why do I need leave a gap?
A: All Composite Woods have a lineal thermal expansion rate. As our WPC products use high quality raw products, their lineal expansion isn't as high as other composite wood. We suggest a 5mm gap at each end of your product to cater for any thermal expansion
